Capacity Statement

Dr. Johnnie McKinley leads a multiethnic and multigenerational collective that helps diverse organizations close business performance, learning, opportunity, and organizational capacity gaps. As a WA State Minority Women Owned Small Business, we apply our collective expertise in fundraising, organizational and technology systems development, organizational evaluation, event and conference coordination, training, and production/promotion of the arts.

Over the past 22 years, Dr. McKinley has submitted and managed over $105.004B in funding applications and contract bids for municipalities, school districts, state agencies, and for-profit and nonprofit businesses. From 6/13/18 – 2/8/21, six nonprofit clients were awarded $14.7M for children's, youth, and family programs.

From 7/15/18 – 8/31/18, four non-profit clients were awarded $1.875M in municipal and foundation capital funds for their housing, social services, education, and construction projects, including King County Best Starts for Kids funding. With Jonathan McKinley, JMA Vice President, Dr. McKinley developed a $2.9B Grand Bahamas Redevelopment Plan, netting the client an initial $900M investment in 2021.
